West Isle Industries, Ltd. started in 1985 with an 800 sq. ft. shop and they have never stopped growing! They now operate out of a brand new 19,000 sq. ft. world class manufacturing facility, using the latest CAD-CAM technology and CNC machinery. Since 1991, Dave Nesmith, President, has been the sole principal of the company.

West Isle Industries, Ltd. is a manufacturer of architectural woodwork, marine grade furniture, commercial fixtures and office furniture. A large part of their business is renovating and supplying custom architectural woodwork and cabinets for cruise ships. Some of their regular clients are Crystal Cruises, of Los Angeles, CA, Holland America and Argosy Cruises,of Seattle, WA. They also produce a custom line of office furniture distributed through select retail office suppliers. The adoption of NAFTA has opened up many opportunities for West Isle Industries, Ltd. to export their products tax and duty free to the United States.
